Welcome to Magic Guide Tool (the “Service” or the “Extension”), a Chrome browser extension for web design and QA. By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Extension provides rulers/guides, region annotations, vector drawing, full-page screenshots, design-mockup overlay comparison, and the ability to export an annotation report into a Google Apps Script / Google Sheet that you deploy yourself. Core features are free; certain advanced (PRO) features require a paid license to unlock.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Extension on your personal devices. PRO access is provided as a license key, and each key may be activated on up to 3 personal devices. You may not resell, rent, distribute, or publicly share license keys, nor reverse-engineer, crack the license validation, or circumvent the paid mechanism.
The monthly plan may include a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel during the trial, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription and billing will begin when the trial ends.
To request a refund, please contact us within a reasonable time after purchase with your order details. Refund eligibility and processing follow the refund policy of Creem as Merchant of Record and applicable law. As license keys are digital goods, refunds for keys that have already been activated are considered on a case-by-case basis.
The Extension does not collect, upload, or sell any personal data. Guides, annotations, and images live only in your browser. The only outbound transfers are the “Export Report” you trigger (to a Google Apps Script you deploy yourself) and license activation (only a license key and a random device ID are sent to the validation service). You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, to circumvent the security mechanisms of third-party websites, or to engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the operation of the Service.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), with the courts of Taiwan as the court of first instance.
